She followed the path she thought she was supposed to take. Brianna was the overachiever: great grades, varsity letters, academic accolades, everything lined up for success. She got into a top-tier college, but life threw some curveballs. She ended up transferring to a state school, worked multiple jobs to get through it, and graduated right into the 2008 recession.

With a shiny new degree in hand and no job prospects, Brianna found herself serving tables, wondering what had gone wrong.

Eventually, she landed a job in corporate America and stayed there for 15 years. She worked hard, climbed the ladder, said “yes” to every opportunity, and built what looked like a successful career.

But over time, the cracks started to show. She had nothing left for herself, her kids, or her partnership. She realized the life she was chasing wasn’t one she even wanted, and it certainly wasn’t one she wanted her children to see as their blueprint for success.

So, she made a bold move: she walked away.

Brianna and her Partner had recently bought a small business, and she decided to pour her energy into it. She brought everything she’d learned from corporate, the systems, the strategy, the leadership skills, and within a year, she had replaced her executive salary and helped build a business they loved working in. That’s when she realized: this is what she was meant to do.

Now, Brianna coaches business owners, solopreneurs, and entrepreneurs who are ready to build something better, not just bigger. She helps them reconnect with their why, align their business with their values, and implement the strategies that create real growth, not burnout.
